Hi! My name is Eve. I’m a German Shepherd mix and I’m about 4 months old. I love to play races with my foster brother Bentley (he’s a beagle mix). He is very protective of me and my foster family when other dogs come around to our fence. He barks and barks to scare them away while I just sit there looking at him again and again.
Bentley also loves to chase squirrels. Personally, they don’t interest me. I would rather just chew on a bone, play with my toys or just hang around the house. The kids here have a lot of toys but they don’t like to share so they put them out of my reach. Little do they know…I’ve grabbed a few on my way out and hidden them under the bushes outside. Who’s got more toys now??? Huh?!
I am also P-O-T-T-Y trained, thank you! My foster mom says I’m very smart because I got it all down in just 2 days!!! Since I’ve been here I’ve learned how to “SIT”, “GO BACK”, and I’m working on learning how to “STAY” the the word “NO”. I really don’t care for that word! At night when I go to sleep I use a little nite light just in case Bentley gets scared with my snoring. I keep telling him it’s not me but he doesn’t listen. I also like sleeping on my back. Belly rubs are permitted.
Well, the day is getting close and its almost time to meet you, My Fur Ever Family. I’m very excited and I hope you are too! See you soon ARF, ARF!
