Patrick is a three year-old Scottish Terrier who weighs 11 lbs. Patrick is fun, energetic, playful, and snuggly all in one great little package! He will play with you all day long, especially fetch, and then curl up on his beloved dog bed or in your lap for a snooze. He’s very smart – learned the doggy door and daily routine in no time. As fiesty as he is (typical terrier!), he does listen though he will push as far as you will let him. Patrick is house broken, but when arriving at new places, he does want to mark everything as his (typical male!). If you watch him for a little while after arrival and correct him, he stops and gets over it. He loves other dogs and car rides. I haven’t formally had him around cats, but I have seen him bark at them in the yard. He hasn’t had any formal training (sit, stay, etc.), but he is a total foodie, so I think with a few treats and a couple of lessons, he’d learn pretty fast. Patrick is a fabulous little dog who would do well with people of all ages. He’s very friendly and easy going. All he really wants in life is somebody to love him, play with him and get him good chew toy!
